I don't want to be stuck in fast food all my life. Whats a good major to give me ALOT more options to get out of finding myself stuck with Mac Shack forever?

Major in whatever you are interested in. A lot of jobs, especially in business, only require any bachelor's degree as well as work experience. If you have a technical major, like chemistry or engineering, you can choose between a technical career (a chemist or an engineer, respectively) or a business career. Someone with a business major can't get into a technical career.
You will be much happier if you major in what you love, instead of majoring in Business or something just for job opportunities.

Business or Finance with a minor in Spanish or Japanese
or
Marketing - can be used in many facets of business
Good luck and way to go trying to educate yourself....trust me its tough in the beginning but more dollars in the end.
