It has the same kind of plot as the movie "Raise your Voice" Its about a girl that comes from a little country town but has a passion for singing. She gets into some speacial music school with a scholarship i think. She only lives with her mom and they are poor. Well she goes to the school and she dosn't fit in very well because the music they teach is a different style than she is use to. Her mom later moves to the same town and stays with the girl in her dorm for a while, and her mom gets a job at the local cafe.....Thats pretty much what i remember from the movie, but if you have any ideas please list them. k thanks :)

i also know that in the end at the final show she starts off with the style of music the school taught, did that and then transformed it into a whole pop style and did her own thing

It's called "Brave New Girl" and apparently it's based on a book written by Britney Spears...go figure.
