My neighbor down the street is PSYCHO and needs a tranquilizer and a straight jacket

Not currently, but I used to have a neighbor who would get drunk on weekends and when he was really bombed he'd stand outside in the middle of the night and yell out that he was going to burn down all our homes. By Tuesday, he'd forget and feel bad that everyone was mad at him.

Most of us do, I guess.
We don't call psych ward, but cops and fire fighters are at the house down the street at least once a week.

Mine shoots at people on 4 wheelers, sends threatening mail, and has 25 cats and 15 dogs in his house! No Joke!

I think I am that neighbour.LOL! no I have this neighbour that has called the police on me like 4 times cause she thinks I'm trying to kill her (she's nuts)
