No. That's not a sign of your period.
I would go see a doctor sometime soon. That is NOT normal.

Depends on how long this has been going on, how old you are, and what else is going on.
Could be poor diet - junk food and colas can cause all kinds of problems if you don't eat right.
Could be a vitamin deficiency - you may not be getting enough of the right nutrients in your diet (iron, potassium, and Vitamin D are the ones that come to me off the top of my head).
Could be your period coming on, but it shouldn't last more than a day or 2 - if its been longer than that you need to see your doctor.

Could very well be a sign. But, if your neck is stiff with your head aches I would go see a doctor.
I saw a show once that talked about what age a young woman starts her cycle and what I learned is that generally you won't start until you weigh 105 lbs. and have a certain body percentage of fat (of course I can't recall that percentage). Are you getting enough sleep? Drinking enough water? Your symptoms sound like dehydration.

If you are unable to remember what you had for breakfast, you would also be unable to remember that you even went to school that day. This, along with your grammatical prowess, puts you in, no higher than grade 2. Hence, no, it's not a sign of your first period.

That is not your sign of your first period. The sign of your first period is about two years after your breasts start to develop, soon after you grow pubic hair and after you start to notice some vaginal discharge.

No sweety, I don't think so. I didn't feel anything my first period. It just happened, no pre-symptoms. Sounds like it could be Vertigo, or migraines. I would see your doctor before it gets worse.

sounds like you are not eating enough. When your blood sugar level gets low these things happen. But if you are eating and these are happening tell your parents so they can take you to the doctor.
