I want to start an LLC that will be selling a product manufactured in china to retail distributors throughout the nation. I may also set up my own retail store as well. Where or who is the best source on all I need to do legally, tax wise, and etc? I have visited a few web sites but would prefer a more user friendly web site or to speak to an actual human being.
