I tried walking through the steps that I would had with my Windows 98 system. And NADA!!

Click "Tools", "Internet Options", under browsing history click "delete", click "delete cookies" -Good Luck

open up the internet. go to the top right hand side of the tabs tool bar, go to tools. internet options (last option).select general if not already selected at the top. then go to browsing history and select delete. the option will be shown there.

Go to "Tools" then Delete Browsing History. From here you can decide what you want to delete.

Go scan your computer for cookies.Go to start>programs>accessories>system tools
>disk cleanup and make it scan your computer
for cookies so you know where your cookies are.

try to clear cache or do a disk cleanup instead.. it would help.. and it works and if it still doesnt refer your case to Microsoft Support Team they will assist you with it. They're very efficient
