I guess I haven't explored the differences in curry, (shame, shame...). I didn't eat curry until I moved to Japan two years ago... now I love it! I love the Indian restaurants here and there's this Coccoichiban(??) restaurant that's also in Hawaii that kicks @ss, (if you ever happen to be in Hawaii).

My all time favorite (and easy) curry recipe is African Curry... it's effin' great - I make it on an almost weekly basis!

Oh, I thought I was going to be so original when I said Tim. NOT. I have been a big fan since the mid '70's though.

OK, serious answer (as if) I've never met a curry I didn't like. I guess my favorite would have to be yellow, followed by green and red in that order. I love almost anything Indian. Heck, who am I kidding. I love most ethnic food.

Curried rice, made with Yellow curry.
Tim Curry would be a close third to curried chicken.

trinidad curry is the only acceptable one... indian curry tastes like poop paste...
