Just like a little newborn only with not so much body fat. I had my 4 D ultrasound done around that time and she looked adorable.

Go to www.babycenter.com or www.parenting.com and sign up. Enter your first day of your last cycle or sometimes you can enter date of conception and you will see week by week changes of your babe.
