Community colleges normally don't require the SAT. You may have to take some tests to gauge your English and math skills. Not a big deal tho and it has no bearing on whether a community college accepts you or not.

Nope, no SAT required. Just bring a copy of your transcript and double check with the admissions office that you do not need the TOEFL (some schools may still require it even though most of the education here in in English).

One other item to consider--if you went to high school here in PI, you are likely only 17 or 18 now which means you are still a bit younger than most people in the states entering college. Unless money is not an issue, you may want to wait until you have one year residency in whichever state you are in to avoid the international student tuition which is a lot higher than regular resident.

I got 2 perfect scores in math and reading, but my writing score was only 720, for a total of 2320. I only read this SAT guide, and that is how I got such high scores:

I recommend this guide to anyone seeking to get a higher score to get into a first choice college.

You need to check with the admission office of any college you are interested in attending, each college has it own unique requirements for admission
