Just make sure you're look flows.
Example: If you're wearing bigger sweatpants (boy style) then wear a shirt that goes right with it,like a t-shirt-- not too large or you'll look like a boy. cute sneakers, and make sure your hair is in a cute pony tail to complete the sporty look. If your face and hair look good, mostly you can wear anything and still look good.
If you are wearing the girly styled sweats- more fitted, then you have more options. You can wear a tank top, tee, wife beater and pair it off with cute sneakers or flip flops.
Just be comfortable, the point of sweatpants is comfort! If you're comfortable you'll look good.

Well I think you need your sweatpants in a color that just looks ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC on you with a matching jacket with a hoodie. Have the zipper if the jacket has one down a little bit to show your tank top. I recommend a white tank top. Trust me it will seem really sharp. Last but not least you need some cute tennis shoes and for an accessory wear a diamond necklace. Preferably the initial of your first name.

Well im not sure if this is the answer you want but sweatpants are not just ugly things to wear being lazy. You can get realy cute ones like at abercrombie like ones with a saying on the tush they are realy cute you could also put like a cute t shirt and so braclets with maybe flip flops or cute sneaks.

Victoria's Secret has the cutest sweatpants in their Pink line. Just make sure you wear them the right way. If they have elastic, scrunch them up around your calf. Pair them with a simple tank and a sporty shoes and I'm sure you'll look fine!

Definetely don't wear them baggy.
Girls in baggy pants don't usually come off as attractive.
Make sure that they fit well, but aren't too tight, and aren't so low that people can see your underwear. Once again-not very attractive. You could wear them with a tee shirt or a henley, or even a ribbed tank top and cropped hoodie. Usually if you're wearing all baggy sweats it comes off as frumpy. Aeropostale and Wet Seal have some very nice sweatpants.

don't wear sweatpants! If you must- at least dont wear the ones with the elastic ankle cuffs- go for a flared leg- and rock some sporty running shoes with them. dark colors are flattering- and too tight is TOO tight!

wear the same color vans as the sweatpants. the old school kind. then wear a white shirt with the same color shirt under the white one.

roll the sweat pants up so they are just below the knee.. if you have a nice tight stomach show it off by wearing a wifebeater, if you arn't comfortable wearing that wear a cute shirt. get matching sneakers!

I roll them down.. but only once! And let them drag on the ground.. like when you're wearing flip-flops or Birkenstock.
