Ok so I am 9 weeks and 5 days, and now my cousin believes she to is pregnant.. She is having all the symptoms I was having at first. She is always tired and her breast are now really hard and sore all over.. She is always needing to use the restroom as well.. She took 3 test 2 of which came back negative and one a very faint positive.. Her period was due on the 10th and she still hasnt received it.. I told her it is very possible she is pregnant but she doesnt believe me.. Does anyone else believe she could be pregnant??

She also has 3 other children so she knows what to look for. She just is confused about the different results....

Yes it's possible, although those symptoms are pretty general so it could be anything. The faint positive means she should try the test again, make sure she takes it in the morning when the hormone is at the highest concentration.

I hardly had any symptoms when i found out i was pregnant. I did take 2 tests and they were negitive. I then took 2 more one was a faint positive I waited a couple more days and took the other one and it was infact a positive. It's possible that she is pregnant but it may be to soon to tell. I would probably take another test. Use the EPT tests. I think they are the best at telling weather you are or not. The first 2 i took were a different brand, which i can't remember, but i would take one more. If she is still having trouble with the reading that it's still faint, and she hasn't gotten her period the i would tell her to see her doctor. Best of Luck!

DEFINATELY! Especially if she got a positive reading, no matter how faint it was! Some people take a while to build up enough HCG in their urine to read a positive result on a home test! Tell her to get to the doctor and have a blood test done, to be on the safe side! Good luck and I hope it's the result she is hoping for!

(I actually have a friend that took LOTS of home pregnancy tests and it never gave her a positive reading. She even took one at like 6 months, to be funny and see what would happen, it still said negative! The only way she knew for sure was to have a blood test done at her doctor's office!)

If she took one test that came out faintly positive, then yes she may be pregnant. If she doesn't believe she's pregnant, maybe she should go to the doctor's and get a test done there to be sure.
