What should I write in the section that says " Reason for leaving your current job".
Also should I answer to the question :" Compensation desired?"

I dont know how to find out what the average salary is!! HELP HELP

#1.Seeking a better position. #2. Research the job which you are seeking and find the average salary, and use that.

If you do not wish to complete that on the application due to unfavorable circumstances or because it would take too much space, simply write "Will discuss". However, I would not put that for each job you have held or it might look as though you have a bad job history. Good luck getting the new job!
