and I havent been able to loose much weight in the stomach area. I was bigger in the begining of the pregnancy but didnt gain much weight, and now my stomach is soo stretched out because my son was a big baby. I have been doing crunches and only eating when I feel the hunger pain, drink way more water than I used to and just dont know what to do! I almost wish I could be anorexic, but I cant even do that. I feel like food is my heroin.....What do I do? Please no "just dont eat" I am seriously trying, I even find myself lieing about what I eat....HELP!

If its your skin that is stretched out there really isnt much you can do with that. I tried and tried and thought after my first that there had to be something I could do about it. I just learned to live with it and it doesnt even bother me anymore. The most you could do about that is have a tummy tuck and that isnt for everyone. Dont stress too much about it. It just comes with having a baby and you are not the only one. I always thought all these other women looked great after their babies , etc..but I realized they all have the same problem and that the clothing just covers it. I was thinking I was the only one, but learned Im not. Just a normal thing after pregnancy. Try not to worry yourself to death over it. Eventually you can lose lots of the weight ( took me 4 years after my 2nd to lose all my weight and get back to normal.

You need to talk to your doctor and a ntritionist as well as a personal trainer. The 4 of you will be able tomake a difference and it is going to be hard! Just be warned ... you will never get rid of all of the belly fat and hanging skin ... there is nthing to do about that but get a tummy tuck.

If you eat right and exersize you will lose weight!

being anorexic is not going to help. It is more than likely excess skin...due to all the stretching and the skin has lost its elasticity. If this is the case then the only thing that is going to help is plastic surgery.....but don't have it unless you are completely finished with having children.
