I've been feeling strangly happier than normal and i have bouts of extreme fatigue where i'll be hyper one minute and then all of a sudden I'll just get really sleepy. THen I keep having these strange momets where i feel a twitch or sumthing near my crotch, you know where my uterus sits and it does it a lot, its really weird. I wanna know whats goin on

Did you get a positive test yet??? If you go to a Doctor and get a Blood test done. Then you won't have to ask anymore!! Best of Luck!

If you by some reason just became pregnant you won't feel a twitch down yonder. It would be merily impossible for you to tell in those reguards. Now the fatigue could also be anemia (lack of iron in the blood). The best thing to do is visit your doctor to be sure.

The mood changes are a definate possibility for being preggo. But, not sure about the twitching. I didnt have that.
The best way to know is take a test.
I would do that and not have any doubts.

Could be anything.. Is your period late? If so take a test, if not - you'll just have to wait & see.
After looking at your previous questions, maybe you should start using condoms or a form of birth control to avoid any more pregnancy scares (that is if this is just a scare)

SERIOUSLY, GET A PREGNANCY TEST TO SEE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT..ALSO MAYBE YOUR PRIVATE PARTS ARE RUBBING AGAINST YOUR CLOTHING ..YOU MAY HAVE A LARGER CLITORIS THIS HAPPENS WITH ALOT OF FEMALES
