Here you go. Type this in - http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=Mecca%2C+Saudi+Arabia
Then type in your zip code, or city and state in the upper left box and scroll down to History and Almanac and type in the month and any day or the day you are looking for. When this page comes up you can get daily weather or weekly, or monthly averages.

i dont think u can find past weather reports! sorry....but u can go into like a week ahead
