Yes kane is the original. He lost to Triple HHH and had to take his mask off and had a wig that he took off after he had surgery and lost weight and had stopped working out for two years and his muschles got a little small, but he is working out again

Yes, the original Kane that took off his mask is still the one they have now without the mask and hair.
