The government cannot stop citizens from using their rights, nor can the governmen tell citizens when or where they may exercise their rights.

Cannot make any laws to limit someone excersing the described right. Cannot legislate against. Cannot ban freedom.

Also, the guy below me is an idiot, and has very little knowledge of the seperation of church and state, and thinks that this country was founded by christians. I am so far from liberal it indescribable, yet I'm not a christian. How does that happen? And why do I know that Jefferson and Franklin were critical of Christianity and its beliefs? Deism. Look it up.

It speaks of religion. The government cannot establish a national religion, like they did in England before our independence.

This has been perverted into the separation of church and state. There is no such thing and liberals have made it up to attack expression of religion.
