well, i dont know how to make icons, or can you tell me what i need to make them???
like it could also be animated icons.

Try using Conware IconArt - the software is great, despite the name.

there's a bunch of free icon makers... just 'google' icon makers... or you can create one with your graphics editing software by saving an image with .ico extension....

search on yahoo for free animators and i believe there is one that says make animations for:
icons
pictures
etc...
