need help can someone identify the "concurrent" powers shared by the federal government and the states and the powers that are "reserved" for the states? thanks

Ahhhh the infamous question concerning concurrent versus reserved, delegated rights of the states. I have to admit, I hate this subject because it is very complex and takes a lot of research. Not to mention, some of it is flat speculative opinion.
