Yes you should see a Doctor, namely a Urologist, as your symptoms can be due to afew different afflictions, such as, Enlarged Prostate, Kidney Stones, Urinary Track, or, Bladder Infection, STDs, and others...More than likely, at your age, and w/o other symptoms (Chgs in color, cloudiness or blood in urine, pain and/or burning upon start or finish, rancid odor. sudden uncontrollable urges, feelings of NOT emptying one's bladder, etc) it's most likely an enlarged Prostate (BPH) which is quite easy to treat medicinally most times. mike you should see a doctor.
just to be safe- you may be experiencing an enlarged prostate gland, which can cause these types of problems.
or possibly just have a small urinary infection- at best, im going to guess the first, which can be treated with medication.
see the doctor before its too late.

I would say yes..if you are concerned than you already know you should go to the doctor. Its probably something very treatable like an enlarged prostate.

my husband had a similar problem. Turned out he was diabetic. You might want to get check. Does it happen all the time. Are you drinking enough water?
