NO NO NO wearing a heavy backpack is VERY bad for your back it has nothing to do with your muscle strength...a heavy backpack puts tremendous strain on your spine is is very bad

unfavourable in case you dont have a backpack with returned help, in maximum circumstances even thats no longer sufficient help. id seem right into a extra useful returned %. and probably wearing your backpack like a hand bag

I WISH! No. what a heavy back pack does is give you scholoisis. It forces you to hunch over and kills your posture. Do the smart thing and make regular trips to your locker.

no, it causes back and shoulder pains. it also can possibly give u scoliosis, which is a curviture of the spine
