well, the best time would be june to august since that's the warmest time of year. as for the what the weather would be like it would be warm around 23 to 30 degrees C depending on the area you're in

The best time to come to Canada is summer of course!!
Take your pick of any months- June, July or August
August is the hottest month of the year.
