My boss is such an idiot and uses his power to the max. I haven't told him off yet but i want to because he always talks down to me and embarrasses me in front of customers.
How do i do it? I can't quit and i can't take it anymore

Telling your boss off = really bad idea. You won't have to quit if he fires you.

Better idea = sit down with your boss and ask him what he needs from you in order to be successful. Tell him you don't feel like you are doing the kind of job he wants you to do because it seems that when customers are in he makes comments about your substandard performance (or whatever he's doing). Be VERY professional - you are asking for performance feedback so you can improve, remember?

He will probably start to backtrack ( a favorite technique of bullies), telling you that you're great, etc., etc. Ask him for specific examples of things that you do well, and specific areas where he'd like to see you improve.

Then the next time he starts up in front of customers, you can very sweetly and professionally remind him, "Oh, I thought when we discussed my performance last week you were happy with my work.....I'll schedule another time for us to discuss what you need from me."

My guess is once you stand up to him, he'll leave you alone. Bullies only prey on people they perceive as weaker than they are.

Remember, no one can make you feel inferior without your consent.

You can't quit?

I assume your strategy is to collect a paycheck until you can find another job then. If he talks down to you and is an idiot, there is little you can do other than taking a chance by standing up to him. Often bosses who behave like this are cowards when confronted by someone who is strong with them.

Don't tell him off though. Be respectful but strong to maximize your chance of improving things. Then, once you find a new job, give him an earful about what you think :)

Hope this helps.

Does your company have an open door policy? If so, go to his boss and explain the problem. If not then the best thing is to start looking for another job. Is your state an right to work state. This is where you can quit or be fired without explaining why. If so telling off your boss (if he/she has the right to hire and fire) could land you jobless.

You deserve better than this!
I know you think you can't quit, but it won't get any better.
Why not start your own home-based business. Working for yourself is very rewarding as YOU benefit from your own efforts not someone else!
I'd like to share with what I am doing part-time with an aim to be able to choose to do what I want, when I want in the future.
Drop me a line!

I fired my boss! You could also. I decided enough was enough and decided to work for myself. It just did not make sense anymore to work for these people and help them to become more rich. So now I work for myself at home and set my own schedule. I love it! My wife and I both do it. We got started with our business here at http://www.herbalhomebiz.com You could FIRE YOUR BOSS and end your worries and headaches, wouldn't that be great! It's the best decision we have made.

The only solution is to look for another job. Or if you can take longer the humiliation he's doing you can voice out also your right.
