forever 21, old navy (definitely), gap, charlotte russe (although some of their stuff is fairly thin), macys, jcpenny, dillards. HAPPY SHOPPING!

Dress code? I usually find really cute dresses at American Eagle..their skirts are typically higher than knee length though...occasionally you can find some cute knee length skirts at Hollister.

Try charlotte-russe. they're not always knee length but if you cant find a knee ltength one that you like you could wear leggings underneath.

areopostal or rave!! i have several skirts about 80 or 90 or more i always go to those stores in the closet mall possible!!
