Does Anybody know how to make icons?

Question

well, i dont know how to make icons, or can you tell me what i need to make them???
like it could also be animated icons.

well, im talking about wrestling icons, so dont ask me why i put the question, on the wrestling section, just asking if anybody knows??
please, i will appreciate it!!

I'd go with Photoshop. You can make make icons of pictures you have or just make the designs yourself. You can also make gifs (animate icons).
