I am looking for a setup to build under $1000. I would prefer doing most of my shopping online at newegg.com. Does anybody have the ideal pc. Im not much of a gamer, but im looking for decent high performance for music and video.
Case/MoBo/DVD/HDD/etc? I appreciate the input.

Since you aren't much of a gamer, you'll save a lot on RAM and video card RAM. I'd suggest a Intel Core 2 Duo (2.33 GHz), 1GB of RAM (2GB for Vista), 200GB hard drive, 128MB video card (256MB for Vista), 20 inch monitor.
