As for my wife and I, that's easy we have our own home-based business. So for us the harder we work, the more we excel, the harder we push ourselves, the more success we will have in reaching our goals and dreams in life!

You see we decided to stop working for someone else and stop make someone else RICH, and start working for ourselves and START MAKING OURSELVES RICH!

Working for ourselves is what motivates us to push harder and do the work so that we will succeed and become successful! BTW we got started here at http://www.herbalhomebiz.com it was the best decision we have ever made!
