I have graphomania. When ever I get nervous or something is bothering me, I write lists. Usually the same meaningless lists over and over. Like, oh I don't know, I'll try to list every piece of clothing I own or something like that. And then I'll copy it over and over. After a while I feel calmer and I can address whatever it was that set me off in the first place. I cope by just taking a pen and a little notebook with me wherever I go. People who don't know me think I must be really organized because I'm always writing lists, but I'm not at all.

I have a germ and hand washing phobia. Im constantly thinking about germs, especially out in public. I touch bathroom handles, doorknobs, etc with paper towels, flush toilets with my foot, I disinfect shopping cart handles before I use them...anything to avoid germs. It makes me sick thinking about the kind of germs that are on things. I wash my hands or use antibacterial gel almost constantly, my hands are always extremely dry and cracked because I do it so much but I cant help it!

Bi-Polar Disorder. I have to see a shrink once every 3 months. I also have to take an anti-depressant and a mood stabilizer. It helps a lot to keep me balanced.

I am also an Alcoholic. I have been sober for 9 months now. AA has helped a lot along with God, and Family and Friends.

I have no fear of heights. But i definitely have a phobia of being in a plane. It's the feeling of insecurity that anything can happen to the plane. I stopped travelling since.

I have severe Acrophobia and Etnomophobia, which is fear of heights and fear of insects. I also count my steps. You can't let yourself be afraid of these things. When I was 13 I begged to go to Summer camp. I chose to stay in the tents so there were lots of creepy things everywhere. I'm fine now, so you just have to face your fear and fight it.
