Yes, I've tried it. The main active ingredient in it is tea tree oil, which is a homeopathic remedy for mild pimples. If you're using it on the type of blemish that it will work on (a couple of simple whiteheads or patchy blackheads, not serious or cystic acne) and tea tree oil works for you and doesn't irritate your skin, it should start reducing the blemish right away, with a noticeable difference in a day or two.
To expand on the "does it work" explanation I sort of included above, it does work to a degree. It's got alcohol as well as tea tree oil, and they work together to dry the pimple, then the tea tree oil and other ingredients help keep the bacteria at bay and sort of heal the skin. But it's not the gentlest product, though it is more gentle than straight-up tea tree oil, in my opinion. I'd say it's a possible option for teenage skin that is combination or normal, with only a few occasional pimples. Anything else and you should probably use more than a spot treatment, and probably rely on more than homeopathic solutions.
If you do need more help, I'd recommend a salicylic acid wipe like Clearasil, Stridex and Oxy make paired with a 2-5%benzoil peroxide treatment gel or cream (depending on how dry or oily your skin is) used twice daily all over your face. You should follow with an oil-free moisturizer, and can add a few drops of jojoba oil (chemically similar to natural skin oil, and probably in the natural body care section of your grocery store) if you need extra emollience. A glycolic or lactid acid treatment (depending on how sensitive your skin is, and as long as it isn't sore or painfully broken out) will also help with removing dead skin cell and encouraging turnover.
Good luck!
