Just take a color blindness test and you will see if you can "see"... I listed a link which guides you to several tests.

But also if you often don't agree with others with colors or if you are not sure about colors and are guessing sometimes, this is a good hint for color blindness.

Everybody (men and women) can be colorblind. Because the most common type is sex-linked and women have a second chromosome to overcome this, men are much more often affected.

There are different types of color blind. Like red-green where you can't see the color red or green and then there's the one where you can't see colors at all. I think girls can be color blind but it's really rare. I had biology and we went through the whole DNA and genes thing and the gene/chromosome that carries color blindness is usually given to guys. You could search it online and look up the gene or chromosome for it. That might help, but usually only guys can be color blind.
