Who do you think was the better leader? Tommy? Or Jason?

Would Rocky have been a good leader of the 2nd batch if only Tommy wasn't so stuck-up with being the leader?

And notice how Kim always ends up in trouble and Tommy always has to save her?

Why do you think Adam, Aisha, and Billy were always forgotten about in the team? I mean everyone overlooks them...

Well, but I wouldn't blame Tommy. I mean who could resist pretty boy looks right? He always gets the girl. And he gets his on-screen kiss with Kim. That's why I love being Tommy (years ago, when I was a kid).

Anyway, just reminiscing here. Let's just get something straight here: I'M NOT A DAMN RETARD! I'm only reminiscing about my childhood "heroes in spandex." Okay? Besides, I ask those types of questions when I'm bored.

i will admit that tommy was my favorite ranger growing up because he had the best zords.

as far as who the better leader was, i would have to go with tommy. i do love jason as a ranger, but tommy being out front made it all the more better.

i don't think rocky would have been a good leader. it seemed to me that he would get hurt alot, and what kind of leader is always hurt.

as far as the tommy/kim angle, i guess they wanted us to know that they liked each other, and that he was her knight in shining armor. he would always be there for her, no matter what.

i don't think that they were forgotten about, it's just that people were more drawn to tommy and kim than the others.

but this is just my opinion.

I will say Jason- Tommy was created by Rita, taken down by Jason. Being a Team leader does not mean you choose everything, only you say it's morphin time... you listen to your comrades and evaluate who has the greatest need. Jason was a great example of letting others have the moment, letting others grow. When he needed to step up he did just that. Tommy was better as a 6th ranger, he was not a leader, those guys had been a team before he showed up. Tommy never had a chance to lead anything before, when he was Zeo Ranger V he made a better leader, he had never ppl under him,. In mmpr there was a episode where a monster grew and tommy being the new leader says... Stay back everyone??? Realky... Jason and the rest didn't know that? That's why him being made leader was not a good idea until Austin left... Austin had no problem with Tommy taking over, in fact he was going to choose him as his successor. Austin will always leave a high mark as the greatest leader of all time!

I'm guessing it was deliberate to phase out some people. Some of the cast had problems with wanting to get paid more and the producers didn't like that. Easier to replace a cast member when he's not in the limelight.
