If it's pronounced like other Spanish words, it would depend on where you're from whether it would be a j or a y sound... I would say it with a soft j sound... and i would say it like "jay-SAY-nee-uh" or "jay-say-NEE-uh" if you want to say it more Spanish-sounding... Americanize it, it would be "juh-SIN-ee-uh" or "jess-uh-NEE-uh"...
