maybe try some Lighter fluid or go to a local store and buy some stuff called "goo gone" strong stuff handle with care.....

hairspray. spray it on, wipe it off, over and over until the ink is gone. It also removes it from clothes, put a cloth under the stain, (paper towel) spray it, blot it with another paper towel, and continue doing it with clean paper towel spots until the stain is gone. (be sure and fold the paper towel so that the ink that it has absorbed does not come back into contact with the clothes/dryer.
Do NOT use lighter fluid, alcohol, or goo gone in the dryer unless you have no other choice, and are going to let it sit open and air out for a few days. FIRE HAZARD

Usually once you dry something in the dryer the stain is set and you are out of luck. Sorry. It wouldn't hurt to use the rubbing alcohol though but it probably won't work.

Try Brawny Magic Eraser. -Haven't used it for your
specific problem, bit have been amazed at the
"impossible" jobs it has taken care of. Good luck!
