i play football, but i get tired very quick..help!

you get stamina by a consistent and then increasing amount of excercise just work your but off at least 3 days a weeks, give 1-2 days rest and then youll have lots of stamina

well, speaking from a sports person myself, i have had the same problem with it. I play soccer, and basically they throw you on a field for an hour and ur expected to run the whole time. u just got go every day on a jog. start with a mile, then try 2, then 3, and pretty soon u wont seem to be tired.....try it out...

Run a LOT to keep in shape, and by football i am guessing soccer, when you play soccer you dont always have to run all the time during the games, pass. but i play and i try to run everyday, even when its no soccer season. good luck.
