The best way to handle your worst fears is to confront them.

"Let me not pray to be sheltered from dangers, but to be fearless in facing them. Let me not beg for the stilling of my pain, but for the heart to conquer it."

- Rabindranath Tagore

If you have a fear of heights or spiders - you may need professional assistance to overcome this (don't attempt this on your own!) If you are speaking of general fears (for example: speaking in public, or failure) self improvement courses in confidence and self-esteem can help (so can hiring a personal coach).

See the following site for information on self improvement. This is also where I got the quote above.

I just look out the skylight at night and watch the most beautiful star, and when I wake up I have a tree starring me down. Then, I am ready to confront what the day is about to bring.
As for my worst fears, well that was last year when I had to become a nurse at home. I was not born to go into nursing.

First of all you have to get a grip and look within yourself to ask those questions, no one should be afraid to admit something is bothering them, if its medical then a doctor can give you the advice you need, it its emotional then the person or people making you feel this way need to be asked some questions, if its just something you are worried about then you have to weigh things up and come to a conclusion about it, the only way to conquer your worst fears is to get them sorted out so they don't take over your life, good luck.

I ve faced my worst fear s. And all one can do, is know that there is no turning back the clock. So since the path leads to worst fears, all one can do is face it with ALL there strength. And go full throttle.

The way I dealt with it was, " If i m going down and my world around is crumbling, Then I m not going without a fight, Going down in a blaze of glory"

Ya either get burnt bad, or you burn the torch itself to leave somthing to remember you by.

That is how I dealt with it, and here I am , I survived.

Some people say confront them head on and just dive straight in. My greatest fear is moths, I'm not joking so I say to those people who say that "NO WAY!" Oh and I also have a phobia of clowns.
