Everybody is paid the same - market rate. It is based on what you know, what you can do, and how many people can do the same job.

If you think high level Execs are paid too much, then you should be asking: what is their education, what can they produce, and how many people are they competing against.

If you want to be paid more, then learn more, do more, or move to a field with less competition.
