Do you cry often, and even in public??? If not you haven't even been half in such embaresment as me.
But I'm sure it will dissapear!! I only have almost 8 more months to go ...so you should be just fine. Just enjoy the part of eating everything you want. Best of Luck to you and your Baby!!!

You sound exactly like me when I was pregnant. I know how frustrating it is not being able to control your emotions. I remember feeling like it wasn't even myself talking when i was having a mood swing. (my poor fiance was so great throughout my pregnancy). When I could feel the hormones beginning to rage, I would take a deep breath and remove myself from whatever situation/conversation was upsetting me. But above all, just knowing that inside me was my baby and we were going through this amazing, exciting and profound exprience together was enough to get me through even the toughest times. Just think, everyday you're getting closer to meeting that little one and it will make any of the inconveninces of pregnancy seem tolerable. He (or she!) will be in your arms so soon! That's what got me through, I hope it helps you! Good luck and congratulations!!

I'm still excited and happy, but I get mood swings all the time. I am either mad at someone (for very odd reasons) for reasons that I would normally not even turn around to look at. Or I am crying because my hubby says he loves me or I'm sexy because it meant he didn't love me before or he didn't find me sexy before. I know how illogical that is because I know my hubby loves me and thinks I'm sexy and would usually reply I love you too or something like that. I can also go from mad and crying, to laughing. Now it feels like there I am someone else. I am still me, but hormones are really bizarre.

20 weeks pregnant with first.

Not really dear... your hormones are going NUTS! In my first trimester I was either sick, crying, mad... hardly ever just myself! All I can tell you is that it does get better! When you stop getting sick, and your body adjusts, you will start to feel "normal" again. They say the 2nd trimester is the best, and I totally agree. Now I'm in the 3rd and I'm very uncomfortable, but not real moody.

You will feet better the middle part of your pregnancy. Just hang in there and try to relax so that you have a healthy pregnancy. Take warm baths and lots of naps you will get through this. Just think what you have to look forward to!

Nope, but it will ease up in your second tri mester. This is when u will enjoy your pregnancy. However, the third trimester u get moody again. lol
So, just ride it out. U will forget about the first trimester when u enjoy so much in your second.
Good luck hun and best wishes....:)
31 weeks and moody again....lol

welcome to Pregnancy...this is very normal. Try doing things that you enjoy...now that the weather is nice...go for a walk...the sunshine always help with mood-swings
