Use a tiny bit of liquid eyeliner, and take off the excess little drop of liquid eyeliner before you apply. It should be thin enough to dry 10-15 seconds after you apply. Just put it on like normal and it will stay on.

Becareful and don't let anything distract you cuz it burns a lot when it gets in you eye! You could try pulling your eyelid away from your eyeball and put it on. And then if it drips in you eyes you can wipe it out with a q-tip. And I don't exactly know what you was asking, but if you were asking how to keep it going to the corners of your eye throught the day. Well don't put a lot on near the corners. And carry a mirror and a clean-x and use it to wipe out of the corners of your eyes if you are at school or something!! I hope this helps!!

put it on slowly. like start with the corner of your eye and work your way across. but do little by little. let it dry and then continue. u could also try taking a q-tip and putting it in the corner of your eye right underneath where your apply the eyeliner. so therefor, if its gonna drip, it drips on the q-tip instead of in your eye.

Put a Kleenex under where you are putting the eyeliner so it runs on the Kleenex.
