Generally yes. Even when I'm mad I generally only say what I mean. I do get quieter and less diplomatic; but, I generally mean it.

Yes..... its just what people say when there pissed/stressed out.... It can be resolved when there in a better mood.... but don't expect it to always be that way... if you really pissed them off.....
