well it will scar and scar tissue is very difficult and painful to re do especially on that particular area of the body...There is no way to fix it yourself...I would recommend going to another tattoo shop and getting there advice because regardless of if you were moving or not a piercing you payed for should NOT be a crooked as I'm picturing from you description...If you can get the ring in and it looks decent I would keep it in but if it bothers you that much I would deff. talk to a DIFFERENT person at a different shop
I hope I helped : )

LOL, if you squirmed around I am most certain it won't miraculously adjust itself, wishful thinking :)

No harm in going back to the Tatoo/Peircing parlor and get it redone, but ask for advice from him/her that's doin the job. When the old one gets taken out it will leave a scar, if it does it's just a dot, it won't be noticiable. Make sure you sit still next time. It may be a little more painful because it will be a difficult when he/she does it again over the scar or next to it. Do-able though.

However, in my weird opinion, I think you should leave it in, it would look funky but cool havin a crooked navel piercing. Be creative picking out navel bars rings ect.

I miss my navel being pierced. I had it for 4 years. Then on the fourth year, somehow it got badly infected. The parlor where I got it done was safe, I made sure it was. Very strange because everyday during those 4 years, I washed and soaked my navel with antibacterial soap, and it looked fine until the moment I had to take it out. This happened 3 years ago, and since then theres a scar dot above my navel.

But don't let my experience discourage you! Have fun with it and keep it clean!

well i my belly button done and they pierced it to high, but i decided i liked after about two years, and im just going to get another one right under it. but if i was you go back to the place where you got it pierced and ask them to look at it. they may or may not tell you to take it out. if they do tell you to take it out they will probably redo it for free after it has healed. but yes it will leave a little scar.

mine looked like that too when i got it done. i think it looks like that when they are freshly pierced. mine is normal now. keep it for a couple months and if it still looks crooked then take it out, let it heel, and then get it repierced. o, and use bactine on your belly ring. it will keep it healthier, and will heel faster because it gets the germs out. good luck!

its just because it is still a little bit swollen. wait a few weeks. mine looked the same way but after it heels up a little it will straighten out!
