You plug in the slope and points given to find the y-intercept.

3 = 0(1) + b
3 = 0 + b
3 = b

Then, you plug in the slope and the y-intercept.

y = 0x + 3
y = 3

y1-y2=m(x1-x2) is the formula.

Plug these in.

y-3 (since 3 is the y2)=0 (since m=slope) (x-1)

y-3=0(x-1)

y-3=0

y=3
