this is the list of active Russian players that have made the starting rosters at the start of the regular season. yes there are more Russians that have been called up from the NHL farm teams but, only coming up to take the places of injured players then there sent back down to the Farm teams, when the NHL player comes back from injury.
so it's the Montreal Canadiens that have the mnost Russian players on the active rosters this season with 5.

To Craig--It USED to be the Red Wings (In '97 they had Sergei Fedorov, Igor Larionov, Slava Kozlov, Slava Fetisov, and Vladimir Konstantinov).
However, they now only have two--
Pavel Datsyuk and Danny Markov.
So, I'm going to say it most likely isn't Detroit. Sorry, but I don't know who it is. Just that it's probably not the Wings

its not the red wings anymore. although they did have the russian five none of those players play on the red wings any more the wings have the most swedes though.
but i think it is either the Sabers Capitals or Thrashers. but im not 100% sure
