Should I tell????

Question

I haven't gotten my period today when I should have. I am scared of being pregnant. Should I tell my bf or wait it out. We are 16.

I know its hard but try not to stress .. If you are not pregnant then stressing will cause them being late .. How long have you been getting your period? Are they usually on time? Did you have unprotected sex? Wait a couple of days, if you can a week. Dont Make your b/f panic if there is no reason to just wait and see what happens. But if you are tell him right away. You could go out and get a test and do one as it would show make sure its one that u can use even b4 your due. get a pack of two, if it shows negative and you havent got them a week later do the other test. if that shows negative then visit your doctor to see if they can find out y you havent gotten them. Because its not normal not to have them.

I would wait it for another 3 days or so. Personally, I get my period within a 4 day time slot... which can freak me out if it comes on the 4th day :P.

If you are really nervous, you will still have to wait until at least 4 days after your missed period to get an accurate pregnancy test reading.

If you are using protection, and being careful with your birth control, you should be fine, and I wouldn't worry too much :)

if i was u i will wait like for a couple of days and if u havent gotten it yet, then take the test, you don't want to tell him right away cause he is going to run like all guys do. all the guys do that. and are u dizzy, or are u throwing up? if u do both then u might be cause those are the symptoms of being pregnant also not getting your period. i hope that i helped you!

Wait. It's way too premature to say anything when it's only been one day. Also, keep in mind that if you stress out about it, you can delay your period from coming. If you're really scared, go buy a home test. Then if it's positive, tell him.

Use protection next time. It's not worth this kind of stress.

Wait a couple days and take a home pregnancy test. You can tell him that you are late and that you are going to check it out. Don't go through this alone if you can avoid it, but beware that if he is rather immature, he might bolt and not wait for the results of that test. Also, maybe talk to your mom or an aunt as well.

Take a pregnancy test in about 3 or 4 days. If it comes out negative, and you still haven't had your period, get a blood test done at the doctors. If that still comes out negative, it might be stress.

From now on you will use protection and follow through on goals of school and college first. :) If nobody has urged you to go to school before, then I will be the first. I think that you should wait until you are sure that u r pregnant some periods dont come so punctually as they should so just wait until it is certain that you are or you are not pregnant
