Call Narcotic Anonymous they shall get him Detox and Rehabilitation treatments. He needs no insurance all he/she needs is the will to want to be clean to quite and to change the lifestyle

Do what you got to do...tie him/her up and take care of him/her. Your doing it for him/her. I hope it isnt that serious.
