When you want to print, press Ctrl-P.
Under the printer driver screen that pops up,
- click on "Properties"
- if you have a HP printer, click on "Finishing"
You should see an option to "Print on both sides".
Depending on whether your printer has a duplexer, you can either print on both sides automatically (dont need to remove paper - the printer just turns the paper for you by itself) or manually, in which you need to follow the instructions on the screen to take out the odd pages and turn it over to be printed again.
I'd suggest you test out 2 pages first before printing your whole report so that you know which way the paper is supposed to fit in the printer the 2nd time around. Saves you ink, paper, and a whole lot of frustration.

You can set the printer up to print every other page, you will then need to remove the paper reload and finish the print job.
The double sided printing option is one that has to due with the printer not the computer or operating system. In order to double print without you reloading you will need to have an auto duplexer on your printer. Without knowing the model number I am unable to tell you wheter or not this is a feature of your printer , or how to load to reload the paper for doubles sided printing without duplexer.

Most printers do not print that way. That is not an option in word, unless your printer can place ink on both sides of the paper, which is very unlikely. You could possibly flip the paper when you are done...

What you would need to is:
Go to file on your Menu bar (right on the top, where you have Format, Tools, etc) and select printers. Click advanced>> Paper
If your printer CAN indeed print double-sided, you can select that option from the drop down menu there!
Good luck with that paper! :)

you can print all the odd pages first and then turn the pages around and insert them into the pages feeder and then print the even pages. Also if your printer is a heavy duty printer then it should have that option in its properties page..
all the best.

you can only do that by manually removing all paper from your printer and then put one sheet in, print it then turn it around and put it back in and print again
