I have stretch marks on my arms. Mostly, they are from lifting weights. I stopped lifting for awhile then did a lot in a short period of time and they formed. They aren't too noticeable but I don't like them and come summer, might be embarassing. What is a good solution? Any type of lotion?
Thanks.

I know guys at my gym who have had the same problem. The recommend Palmers Cocoa Butter. It pretty much a moisturizer, but the cocoa butter is what will fade the stretch marks. Good luck my friend!

cocoa butter really helps to lighten up and/or prevent stretch marks. pregnant women use it all the time on their stomachs, etc.
