I never had it when i was younger!!!! What is this caused by anyway??? Does it mean i have high blood pressure or something??? (I'm healthy) I see a lot of other people with lighter skin then mine and they don't get as red as me???
Is this normal and plz answer if i can do anything to make it go away!!!!!!!

That happens to me too and I hate it too. I'm fair skinned too so that's what I chalk it up to. But as for blushing, I read once to try and picture the color orange around the abdomen area concentrating around the naval and you're face won't blush....i know that sounds weird, it's like a mind control thing, colors and part of the body work together. Believe me, I'm not into weird stuff like that, but i do it and it works.

i get it all the time! especially if you are put on the spot or see a really cute guy! i think its cute, but wear blush, then you cant tell if you are really blushing!
