It is a sample of a climax but it has been put onto a keyboard and it slowly builds up then is the beat. It is a cool song

As for the groaning tune, could be French Kiss bt Lil Louis or possibly Over you by Kathy Brown. How old is said tune?

Well, the most groany tune I know of a woman is by Goldfapp. It's a REALLY WACKY tune. I think it's on their first album but I can't remember what its called off the top of my head, I have got it but its in a box buried in a cupboard from when I moved 2 years ago.
Would love to know if its what you are trying to find, it came to my mind straight away!
