Way to high and I could care less what they pay in Europe, this is the U.S. and the reason prices are going up is----March is the first quarter and oil companys have to make those billlion dallor profits by the end of the month for the stock holders...the stock holders are the ones that need to be statified not the public that pay thru the nose...and its true Europe receives other benifits from hight prices that we don't get..

Prices are way too high in the U.S. They say gas prices costs $8 per gallon in Europe but that is because Europe has a universal healthcare system that must be paid for. The U.S. does not have that. All U.S. oil profits go directly into the pockets of over paid oil executives.

Don't take this the wrong way, but it seems that we complain about gas prices a lot these days, and for good reason. We hear all the excuses from the Tycoons about the formula change from winter to summer.....That's BULL S@%t. Price of barrels are going down. We have no control of prices cause, no limits have been attached to what Oil company's in the US or abroad can charge. Little of the price gouging going on and they get away with it.......

WAY too low!
Here is my reasoning. It's not about statistics. It's about the fact that the world is running out of oil, and the one thing that will keep it from being depleted as quickly as possible is a prohibitive cost. We are going to need to develop alternatives and don't seem motivated. Financial considerations will be the only good motivation.

i think of costs are outrageous! Who can certainly arise with the money for to fill their tanks up anymore. I bear in concepts whilst gasoline was .ninety 9 cents, i be attentive to we will in no way see those fees ever returned. i wish we come across an option to the fees or an option gasoline source that works just to boot. If human beings cant arise with the money for to fill their tanks, they wont have the skill to get to artwork. I stay in an area the place we dont have cabs or buses for transportation and maximum the time stay 20-40 5 from an more desirable city.

Way to high. It was less than $1 about 10-12 years ago, but now it's sometimes $3.

They are too high. The high oil prices hurt our economy and allow all kinds of dictators - in the Middle East and Russia - to thrive.

To high ! If you notice everytime there is a holiday or the weather gets nice they raise the prices then lower them later. Its just the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. Thats all it is.

Just right... Look at places like Europe, we could be paying $4.00+....Of course, it has been cheaper in the past: however the stock market also has alot of leverage on gas prices too.... these are all things to consider.

compared to 40 years ago, they are very high, but compare with what you have to pay even 5 years from now, they are very reasonable .
