I went to a bar sunday with my girl .the guy at door hit her i lost it bet him and one more guy down went to jail got out on 1500 hun bail the court told me and her we can not be insame room or house together but we live together have 3 little kids what 2 do

Just cool your jets for now. Do what he court says unless you
want to take it in front of a judge and explain things a little better. You should have had been separated from the bar not
your girl.

The court may think you R a bad influence on the kids. Because U R not married, they can make U stay away without going through custody issues. Volunteer (or just do it) to take some parenting classes. and while U R at it, take an anger control class. U can see a Doctor for anger issues. If U have had previous problems, you may have a problem called Explosive Anger Disorder....or maybe you just have an adverse reaction to alcohol (too much especially). Did U react out of jealousy? Did she act in a way that led U to react out of jealousy? In that case, work on your relationship with her. What is done in done. How you proceed will shape your future with her and the kids.
